过去几年中,遗传技术的新发展使活细胞的基因、基因组在结构组成与功能方面得到了详尽的分析。继发现纽胞癌基因(即参与细胞生长调控与分化的基因)之后,近来的研究又为某些基因调控DNA因子和癌蛋白在癌变分子机制中的关键作用提供了证据。
In the past few years, new advances in genetic technology have led to detailed analysis of the structure and function of living cells’ genes and genomes. Following the discovery of the Newcastle Oncogenes (genes involved in the regulation and differentiation of cell growth), recent work has provided evidence for the role of certain genes in the regulation of DNA and oncoproteins in molecular mechanisms of carcinogenesis.
