一步法合成松香改性壬基酚醛树脂的研究

通过一步法工艺由松香、壬基酚、顺丁烯二酸酐、固体甲醛、季戊四醇等合成松香改性壬基酚醛树脂,考察了不同组分、配比对树脂黏度、软化点、正庚烷值的影响,确定了最佳组分、配比和工艺条件:壬基酚、固体甲醛总用量为反应物投入总量的35%,壬基酚、固体甲醛摩尔比固定为1∶2,松香与多元醇摩尔比固定为1∶0.98,顺丁烯二酸酐用量为3%,多元醇为季戊四醇,催化剂为分步加入。 Through the one-step process, rosin, nonylphenol, maleic anhydride, solid formaldehyde, pentaerythritol and other synthetic rosin modified nonylphenol formaldehyde resin, investigated the different components, ratio of the resin viscosity, softening point, n-heptane value , The best component, ratio and process conditions were determined: the total amount of nonylphenol and solid formaldehyde was 35% of the total amount of reactants, the molar ratio of nonylphenol and solid formaldehyde was 1: 2, The molar ratio of polyol was fixed at 1: 0.98, the amount of maleic anhydride was 3%, the polyol was pentaerythritol, and the catalyst was added stepwise.
