对广州市海珠区和越秀区不同单位的电话,用分层随机抽样的方法,采集了不同场所的电话340 部,进行了综合污染调查,并使用自制的复方电话消毒剂“对污染电话进行了消毒效果观察。结果表明:电话污染细菌数为6140cfu/ 部;其中公共电话为16394cfu/ 部~29736cfu/ 部;大肠杆菌污染率为5635 % ,其中公共电话为7826 % ~9032 % ;金黄色葡萄球菌污染率为3529 % ,其中公共电话为6129 % ~750 % ; H Bs Ag 污染率为882 % ,其中公共电话为625 % ~1741 % ,均未检出绿脓杆菌。电话污染的部位中,按键、抓柄、送话器、机身都受到程度不同的污染,其中以机身较为严重,其细菌污染数为2038cfu/ 部,大肠杆菌污染率为7294 % ,金黄色葡萄球菌污染率为6411 % 。电话使用次数越多,各种污染指标的污染和污染率越高。“复方电话消毒剂”对电话消毒效果表明:5 min 杀菌率为9998 % 以上, H Bs Ag 破坏率达100 % 。
Telephones of different units in Haizhu District and Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City were collected and 340 telephones from different sites were collected using a stratified random sampling method. Comprehensive pollution investigations were conducted and self-made compound telephone disinfectants were used. Disinfection efficacy observation showed that the number of bacteria contaminated by the telephone was 6140 cfu/unit; among them, the public telephone number was 16394 cfu/unit to 29736 cfu/unit; the E. coli contamination rate was 56 to 35 percent, and the public telephone number was 78 to 26 to 90. The Staphylococcus aureus contamination rate was 35.9%, of which public telephones were 61.9% to 75.0%; the H.B.S.sup.8 contamination rate was 8.82%, and the public telephones were 6.5% to 17.5%. In 41% of the cases, Pseudomonas aeruginosa was not detected, and the keys, grips, microphones, and airframes were all polluted to varying degrees, of which the fuselage was more serious and the number of bacterial contamination was 2038 cfu/min. The E. coli contamination rate is 72%. 4%, Staphylococcus aureus pollution rate of 64 11%.
