用俄歇电子谱仪对经过一定量的高温拉伸预变形试样以及未变形试样进行检测,结果表明:微量元素磷在高温拉伸过程中在晶界上有明显的动态偏聚行为。文章指出,高温变形时晶界与晶内变形程度的差异是导致磷在晶界上动态偏聚的驱动力。
The Auger electron spectrometer was used to test pre-deformation specimens and undeformed specimens after a certain amount of high-temperature tensile tests. The results showed that there was a significant dynamic segregation behavior of trace elements phosphorus at the grain boundaries during the high-temperature tensile test. The paper points out that the difference between the grain boundaries and the degree of intragranular deformation during high temperature deformation is the driving force for the dynamic segregation of phosphorus on the grain boundaries.
