考察台湾的基础教育,是一次跨越海峡的文化之旅、学习之旅及民族情感之旅。海峡两岸在一脉相承的文化背景下,由于受历史、地域及西化等多种因素的影响,教育的体制各有千秋,教育的诸多细节彼此各异。尤其值得反思的是台湾教育对传统文化中“礼义廉耻”的坚守、“中庸之道”的体认;对教育人本理念的秉持、对生命价值的尊重;对学校教育管理、行政管理的权力下移;对学校课程设置、品德教育的精耕细作等。凡此,足以让我们看到,在任何社会,建构一种更具发展性和未来性的教育格局,就必须从建设“重人文、轻功利”的教育环境开始,整个社会为之努力,才能担当起民族复兴的重任。
Studying Taiwan’s basic education is a cultural journey across the Strait, a journey of study and a journey of national sentiments. Due to historical, geographical and western influences, both sides of the Taiwan Straits have their own strengths and weaknesses in different cultural backgrounds, and many details of education are different from each other. In particular, it is worth considering that Taiwan education insists on “righteousness and honor” in traditional culture and “the doctrine of the mean”. It upholds the concept of humanistic education and respects the value of life. The power of management down; the school curriculum, moral education intensive and so on. All this is enough to show us that, in any society, to construct a more developmental and futuristic educational structure, we must start from building an education environment that emphasizes “humanity and light utilitarianism,” and the entire society should strive for it , Can we assume the important task of national rejuvenation.
