以南果梨为试材,研究不同装载量(满帐、半帐)、不同装载容器(纸箱、塑料箱)、风机的加设对1-MCP处理效果的影响,从而建立一套完备的前处理设备。结果表明:使用满帐、半帐处理样品,在常温货架期间具有相似的贮藏效果;而使用纸箱装载样品进行处理的效果远不如使用塑料箱进行1-MCP处理;加设风机能够促进药品的释放,同时能够使处理设备中的气体成分均匀扩散,果品可以得到有效的处理。
The experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of different loading capacity (full account, semi-account), different loading containers (carton, plastic box) and fan on the effect of 1-MCP treatment, so as to establish a complete set of pretreatment equipment. The results showed that using full sample and half-blank processing samples had similar storage effect at room temperature, and using carton samples for loading was much less effective than using plastic boxes for 1-MCP processing. Adding a fan could promote drug release , And at the same time enables uniform diffusion of the gas components in the processing equipment, so that the fruits can be effectively treated.
