各省、自治区、直辖市劳动保障厅(局)、财政厅(局),国务院各有关部门:为切实做好国有企业下岗职工(以下简称为下岗职工)出中心再就业工作,经国务院同意,现就有关问题通知如下:一、根据《中共中央、国务院关于切实做好国有企业下岗职工基本生活保障和再就业工作的通知》(中发[1998]10号)和《国务院关于印发完善城镇社会保障体系试点方案的通知》(国发[2000]42号)精神,国有企业原则上不再建立新的再就业服务中心,企业新的减员原则上不再进入再就业服务中心。各地要制定工作计划,结合再就业工作的进展,在确保稳定前提下,推进下岗职工出中心,并积极做好下岗

All localities must formulate work plans, combine the progress of reemployment work, and promote the laid-off workers to leave the center under the premise of ensuring stability, and actively lay a solid foundation for laid-off workers.
