目的:研究丹参川芎注射液对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后脑组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,探讨丹参川芎注射液的脑保护作用。方法:健康雄性SD大鼠80只,完全随机分为8组,每组10只。分别为假手术组(A组)、缺血对照组(B组)、金纳多(银杏叶)组(C组)、丹参川芎注射液(D组)各2组(缺血3h分别再灌注3d、7d组),制造大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型。检测脑缺血组织SOD活性、MDA含量。结果:①SOD活性C、D组与B组相比有统计学意义。②MDA含量C、D组与B组相比有统计学意义。结论:丹参川芎注射液注射液可提高脑缺血再灌注大鼠的脑组织总抗氧化活力,降低脑组织中MDA含量,通过降低自由基水平保护缺血再灌注引起的神经元损伤。
Objective: To study the effect of Salvia Chuanxiong Injection on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the brain tissue after focal cerebral ischemia / reperfusion in rats, and to explore the protective effect of Salvia Chuanxiong Injection . Methods: Eighty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 8 groups with 10 rats in each group. The rats in each group were divided into sham operation group (A group), ischemia control group (B group), Ginata (Ginkgo biloba group) (C group) and Danshen Chuanxiong injection group (D group) 3d, 7d group), the rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion was established. The activity of SOD and the content of MDA in cerebral ischemia were detected. Results: ①SOD activity C, D group compared with B group was statistically significant. ② MDA content C, D group compared with the B group was statistically significant. Conclusion: Salvia Chuanxiong Injection can increase the total antioxidant activity of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion brain tissue, reduce the content of MDA in brain tissue and protect the neurons from ischemia-reperfusion injury by reducing the level of free radicals.
