随着时代的发展,建立和完善医疗、卫生的体质,经济关系在医院内部已经悄然发生着变化。在医院面临巨大考验的新形势下,医院体质内财物工作也必须做好系统的管理。至少在医院这各项业务里,财务管理是顺利工作的保证,也是经济效益不断攀升的体现。关于如何做好医院的财物工作,是医院各个管理层和相关财物人员首要思考的一项新课题。在本文中,关于如何围绕医院体制内的工作重心和自身的发展特点做好财务工作,给出见解。
