教学能力直接影响着教育质量和教学效果。试图借鉴教师教学能力方面已有的研究成果,运用观察法、综合等级评定法、问卷法、谈话法,结合常州市中央花园幼儿园音乐教学的情况进行考察,了解该园教师在音乐教学活动中所体现出的音乐教学能力的基本情况,对调查结果进行数据分析,探讨存在问题,实例分析,并提出一些参考性的建议。
Teaching ability directly affects the quality of education and teaching effectiveness. Attempt to learn from the existing research results of teachers’ teaching abilities, using observation method, comprehensive rating method, questionnaire method, talk method, combined with Changzhou Central Garden kindergarten music teaching situation to understand the garden teachers in music teaching activities Reflects the basic situation of music teaching ability, carries on the data analysis to the investigation result, discusses the existing problems, the example analysis, and puts forward some reference suggestions.
