由肽能神经末梢释放的具有生物活性的神经肽类物质——降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP),在外周和中枢神经系统中高表达,对神经系统的生理、病理过程起重要的调节作用。在中枢神经系统中,CGRP对神经元具有营养和保护作用、可促进神经递质及神经营养因子释放、调节突触可塑性,并作为重要的调节因子参与认知功能及学习记忆过程。有关CGRP的研究可为神经系统疾病的治疗提供新的理论依据和思考方向。
The calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), a neuropeptide released by peptide nerve endings, is highly expressed in the peripheral and central nervous system and plays an important role in regulating the physiological and pathological processes of the nervous system. In the central nervous system, CGRP has neuroprotective and protective effects, which can promote the release of neurotransmitters and neurotrophic factors, regulate synaptic plasticity and participate in cognition and learning and memory processes as important regulators. The research on CGRP can provide a new theoretical basis and thinking direction for the treatment of nervous system diseases.
