本文对十一五期间我国PCT申请的发展趋势、优势企业、技术领域和地域分布进行了统计分析,表明我国PCT申请获得可喜进步的同时,指出了当前存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议。世界知识产权组织(WIPO)最新公布的数据显示,在十一五期间,我国PCT申请量持续增长,2006年至2009年我国的PCT申请数量依次为3942件、5455件、6120件和7900件,2010年的PCT申请量则达到了12296件,首次超过1万件,实现了历史性突破。
This paper makes a statistical analysis of the development trend, superior enterprises, technology fields and geographical distribution of PCT application during the 11th five-year plan in our country. It shows that the PCT application in our country is getting gratifying progress, points out the current problems and puts forward the corresponding suggestions. According to the latest data released by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), during the 11th five-year plan period, the number of PCT applications in our country continued to increase. From January 2006 to 2009, the number of PCT applications in China was 3,942, 5,455, 6,120 and 7,900, In 2010, the number of PCT applications reached 12,296, exceeding 10,000 for the first time, achieving a historic breakthrough.
