据观察,不同浓度的 GA_3促进了植株的生长。我们发现植株伸长大小与 GA_3的浓度有关。每公顷草和油的产量都能显著地增加,直至50ppm 为止。较高浓度的GA_3,如100ppm 和200ppm,虽然增加了植株的高度,但影响了草和油的产量。又进一步观察到:随着 GA_3浓度从10ppm 增加到50ppm,油中芳樟醇含量相应减少,但油中乙酸芳樟酯含量无明显变化。
It was observed that different concentrations of GA 3 promoted plant growth. We found that plant elongation is related to the concentration of GA_3. Yields per hectare of grass and oil can increase significantly up to 50 ppm. Higher concentrations of GA 3, such as 100 ppm and 200 ppm, increased plant height but affected grass and oil production. It was further observed that as the concentration of GA 3 increased from 10 ppm to 50 ppm, the content of linalool in the oil decreased correspondingly, but there was no significant change in the content of linalyl acetate in the oil.
