研究了棉花种子发芽过程中,子叶中与脂肪代谢有关的酶活性和内源激素水平的变化及外源赤霉素(GA3)的调节。结果表明,赤霉素增加了脂酶的活性,同时也增加了过氧化氢酶的活性,使其活性最高峰值均超前对照24h;赤霉素降低了过氧化物酶的活性,但使吲哚乙酸氧化酶的活性稍有提高;赤霉素影响子叶中内源激素水平,其中赤霉素处理的生长素(IAA)含量相对稳定,而对照的生长素含量则逐渐下降;对于三种细胞分裂素来说,赤霉素增加了前期(48h以前)三种细胞分裂素的含量(Z+ZR除外)。三种细胞分裂素含量的改变可能与子叶的发育有关。
The changes of enzyme activities and endogenous hormones involved in the metabolism of lipids and the regulation of exogenous gibberellin (GA3) were studied in the process of cotton seed germination.
