患者女,47岁,2009年10月因左卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤来院就诊。入院体检:T 36.5℃,P77次/min,R18次/min,BP110/80mmHg,既往无药物、食物过敏史,无家族食物、药物过敏史。术后第15天紫杉醇+多柔比星方案化疗,应用紫杉醇前12 h和6h常规抗过敏预处理,分别给地塞米松片20mg口服,并静注西咪替丁注射液300mg。然后给予紫杉醇(扬子江药业,批号:09122401)210mg加入0.9%氯化钠
Female patient, 47 years old, came to hospital for treatment of left ovarian malignant epithelial tumor in October 2009. Admission physical examination: T 36.5 ℃, P77 times / min, R18 times / min, BP110 / 80mmHg, no previous drug, food allergy history, no family food, drug allergy history. Paclitaxel + doxorubicin chemotherapy was given on the 15th postoperative day. Paclitaxel was pretreated with conventional anti-allergy for 12 hours and 6 hours before paclitaxel administration, and 20 mg dexamethasone tablets were given orally and cimetidine 300 mg intravenously.
