采用偏振分光棱镜来取代传统晶体偏振分光元件 ,可大大降低成本 ;选取光学玻璃基底的直角棱镜 ,在其表面交替镀制不同折射率的膜料 ,使光线在这些膜料上的入射角满足布儒斯特角 ,让P偏振光透过 ,S偏振光反射 ,从而实现偏振分光的目的 ;在K9基底的直角棱镜上镀制了单波长偏振分光膜 ,经仪器测定 ,偏振分光性能优良 .
Polarizing beam splitting prism can replace the traditional crystal polarization beam splitter, which can greatly reduce the cost. The right angle prism of the optical glass substrate is selected and the film materials of different refractive indices are alternately plated on the surface of the optical glass substrate so that the incidence angle of light on the film material satisfies the requirement of cloth In order to achieve the purpose of polarization splitting, the P-polarized light is transmitted through the P-polarized light and the S-polarized light is reflected. A single wavelength polarization splitting film is plated on the K9 prism at the right angle prism. The polarization splitting performance is excellent as measured by the instrument.
