对从江苏省21个县市收集的44个大麦禾谷镰刀菌菌株进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,测定酯酶同工酶。结果表明:1.供试菌株的酶谱可以分为五个类型。类型Ⅰ具有E_(11)、E_7、E_6、E_5、E_4五条主酶带,占总菌株数的54.5%,类型Ⅱ比类型Ⅰ少酶带E_5,占31.8%;类型Ⅲ少E_4和E_5;类型Ⅳ少E_6,类型V少E_(11)。2.不同地区菌株酶谱类型分布情况如下:属于类型Ⅰ的菌株占50%以上的有盐城、南通、扬州、南京、和镇江市,苏州市亦以类型Ⅰ为主要类型。酶谱类型Ⅱ的菌株占50%以上的有淮阴和无锡两市。
44 barley grains of Fusarium graminearum collected from 21 counties and cities of Jiangsu Province were subjected to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the esterase isozyme was determined. The results showed that: 1. The tested strains of zymogram can be divided into five types. Type I had five major enzyme bands E_ (11), E_7, E_6, E_5 and E_4, accounting for 54.5% of the total number of strains. Type II had less enzyme bands E_5 (31.8%) than type I less E_4 and E_5 Ⅳ less E_6, type V less E_ (11). The distribution of zymogram types of strains in different regions are as follows: Yancheng, Nantong, Yangzhou, Nanjing, Zhenjiang and Suzhou which belonged to more than 50% of the strains of typeⅠ also took TypeⅠ as the main type. Zymogram type Ⅱ strains accounted for more than 50% of Huaiyin and Wuxi two cities.
