锦屏二级上游调压室工程布置大断面、高竖井的巨型洞室群,为确保在较为复杂的地质条件下工程建设期的围岩稳定和运行期衬砌结构安全,采用三维离散元数值分析软件3DEC,结合现场揭露的地质情况,主要针对调压室竖井进行开挖及支护动态优化分析,计算成果基本与实际监测数据匹配,起到指导工程设计的作用。提出一整套动态设计的工作流程及方法和计算分析和参数选取方法的建议,并展示3DEC软件和离散单元法对结构面控制型工程的应用效果,可为类似工程提供有益参考。
In order to ensure the stability of surrounding rock during construction and the safety of the lining structure in operation during the complicated geological conditions, three-dimensional discrete element numerical analysis Software 3DEC, combined with the geological conditions exposed at the scene, mainly analyzes the dynamic optimization of excavation and support in the shaft of surge chamber. The calculation results basically match the actual monitoring data and play a guiding role in engineering design. A set of workflows and methods of dynamic design as well as suggestions of calculation and parameter selection methods are presented. The application effects of 3DEC software and discrete element method to structural plane control project are also presented, which can provide useful reference for similar projects.
