随着我国煤矿液压设备技术水平的不断提高,以往利用工作人员的丰富经验和诊断仪器检查和分析故障的方式,已经转变成为利用信号处理和人工智能技术,以及控制技术进行故障诊断的方式。文章通过简单介绍和分析煤矿液压设备故障的特征及原理,根据目前使用的故障诊断技术及方式,对煤矿液压设备故障诊断的现状与发展趋势进行阐述。
As China’s coal mine hydraulic equipment technology continues to improve, the past, the use of staff experience and diagnostic equipment to check and analyze the way the fault has been transformed into the use of signal processing and artificial intelligence, as well as control technology for fault diagnosis. The article introduces and analyzes the characteristic and principle of fault of hydraulic equipment in coal mine briefly, and expounds the status quo and development trend of fault diagnosis of hydraulic equipment in coal mine according to the fault diagnosis technology and method currently used.
