灵长类绒毛膜促性腺激素(CG)是胚胎对母体的第一个明确信号。CG 的功能是支持周期黄体并促使其转变为妊娠黄体。在植入开始后的3~4天胚胎分泌的 CG 即可由灵长类外周血中测出,人、狒狒和恒河猴胚胎的植入是在妊娠第7~9天而狨猴是在第11~13天。本研究欲澄清:①何时 CG 可在狨猴外周血中开始测出及其分泌轮廓;②离体培养的胚胎 CG 可否产生 CG 以及 CG 的分泌开始于胚胎附着以前还是以后。为此目的需要一个能测定狨猴 CG 生物活
Primate chorionic gonadotropin (CG) is the first clear signal to the mother of the embryo. The function of CG is to support the cycle lutein and promote its conversion to pregnant lutein. The CG secreted by the embryo 3 to 4 days after the start of implantation can be detected in primate peripheral blood, and human, baboon, and rhesus embryos are implanted in the 7th to 9th days of pregnancy while the marmoset is in the 11 ~ 13 days. The purpose of this study is to clarify: (1) when CG can be detected in the peripheral blood of marmosets and its secretion profile; (2) whether CG cultured in vitro can produce CG and that the secretion of CG begins before or after embryo attachment.
