教学是一门遗憾的艺术。教学模式的选取是实现“传道、授业、解惑”的终极路径之一。世界两大法系由于历史传统的原因,存在截然不同的教学模式;当今两大法系互相影响和借鉴以致彼此融合之趋势不断明朗,在法学教学上亦有明显体现。本文从法学教学目标的设定着手,分析传统法学教学模式的特点,挖掘当前两大法系乃至国内各高校在法学模式上的探索,批判性分析评价不同模式的优劣,为寻求全球化背景下更具时代特色的法学教学模式提供思路。
Teaching is a regrettable art. The selection of teaching mode is one of the ultimate ways to realize “preaching, teaching, solving ”.
