目的探讨叶酸对微营养素缺乏产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法 100例微营养素缺乏产妇,采用随机数字方法将产妇分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组妊娠期不服用叶酸,实验组妊娠期服用叶酸,比较两组妊娠结局。结果实验组早产率为5.0%,剖宫产率为20.0%,新生儿窒息率为2.5%,胎儿窘迫发生率为5.0%,均显著低于对照组的12.5%、42.5%、17.5%、15.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微营养素缺乏产妇增补叶酸能够改善妊娠结局,降低妊娠并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of folic acid on the pregnant outcome of micronutrient deficient mothers. Methods 100 cases of micronutrient deficiency maternal, using random number method will be divided into control group and experimental group, each 50 cases. The control group did not take folic acid during pregnancy, and the experimental group took folic acid during pregnancy. The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of preterm birth was 5.0%, the rate of cesarean section was 20.0%, the rate of neonatal asphyxia was 2.5%, and the incidence of fetal distress was 5.0% in the experimental group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (12.5%, 42.5%, 17.5%, 15.0% %, The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Microfutrin deficiency maternal folic acid supplementation can improve pregnancy outcome and reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
