经对西藏地区辣椒疫病病原菌的分离和培养,将引起西藏辣椒疫病的 病原茵鉴定为辣椒疫霉(phytophthora capsici Leonian)。西藏辣椒疫霉在10℃ ~37℃之间均能生长,最低生长温度为10℃,最适生长温度为24℃~30℃, 37℃为最高生长温度,40℃为病原茵的致死温度。培养基种类对辣椒疫霉的菌 落生长速度和菌落形态有一定的影响。辣椒疫霉在燕麦,片番茄汁培养基上生长 最快,在番茄汁培养基、黑麦番茄汁培养基、PDA培养基上生长也比较好,在燕 麦片培养基上生长差。在供试的4种杀菌剂中,烯酰吗啉对辣椒疫霉菌丝生长 的抑制作用最强,抑茵效果强于常用的杀菌剂甲霜灵和丙酰胺,新型杀菌剂腈嘧 茵脂对辣椒疫霉的菌丝生长速度虽然影响不大,但菌丝生长极为稀疏,其对辣椒 疫病的防治效果有待进行田间试验进一步验证。
After isolating and culturing the pathogens of pepper blight in Tibet, the pathogen causing the pepper blight in Tibet was identified as phytophthora capsici Leonian. Phytophthora capsici can grow in 10 ℃ ~ 37 ℃, the minimum growth temperature is 10 ℃, the optimum growth temperature is 24 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, the highest growth temperature is 37 ℃, and the lethal temperature is 40 ℃. The medium types had some effects on the colony growth rate and colony morphology of Phytophthora capsici. Phytophthora capsici grew fastest in oatmeal and tomato juice medium, grew well in tomato juice medium, rye tomato juice medium and PDA medium and poorly in oatmeal medium. Among the four fungicides tested, dimethomorph had the strongest inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of Phytophthora capsici, and the inhibitory effect was stronger than the commonly used bactericides metalaxyl and propionamide. The new bactericide azoxystrobin Phytophthora capsici mycelial growth rate although little effect, but mycelium growth is extremely sparse, its pepper disease prevention and control effect to be further verified by field trials.
