离退休职工的管理服务工作是一项纷繁复杂的工作。它关系着离退休职工晚年生活是否幸福,关系着中心及矿区的稳定工作。随着中心各项管理的不断深化和离退休职工队伍的扩大,离退休管理工作的广度和难度都在不断加大。如何进一步做好离退休管理服务工作,发挥退休人员在维护矿区稳定和文明小区建设中的积极作用,是值得认真探讨和思考的问题。
Management services for retired workers is a complicated task.
