目的 利用DTI分析脑内海绵状血管瘤与神经纤维束关系。方法 GE 3 .0T扫描仪对脑内多发海绵状血管瘤病例行常规MRI和扩散张量成像。脑内多发海绵状血管瘤 10处 ,分布于右侧颞叶、双侧额叶、右侧底节区、左侧枕叶。测量病灶及正常侧FA、ADCaveg、RA行统计学分析 ,DTV 1.5显示神经纤维束。 结果 病灶及正常侧ADCaveg无明显差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ;FA及RA差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。DTIfibertracking病灶内有神经纤维及通过病灶穿行。结论 脑内海绵状血管瘤病灶内有神经组织存在
Objective To analyze the relationship between intracranial cavernous hemangiomas and nerve fiber bundles by DTI. Methods The GE 3 .0T scanner performed conventional MRI and diffusion tensor imaging on multiple cavernous hemangiomas in the brain. Cavernous hemangiomas in the brain 10, located in the right temporal lobe, bilateral frontal lobe, right basal ganglia, left occipital lobe. The lesion and the normal side FA, ADCaveg, RA line statistical analysis, DTV 1.5 showed nerve fiber bundle. Results There was no significant difference in ADCaveg between the lesion and the normal side (P> 0.05). The difference between FA and RA was significant (P <0.05). DTIfibertracking lesions within the nerve fibers and through lesions. Conclusion There are some nerve tissues in the cavernous hemangiomas in the brain
