我完全拥护陆定一副总理代表中共中央和国务院对大会的指示和林枫同志的报告,并在工作中认真贯彻执行。现就滑县档案馆工作情况向大会作一简要汇报。滑县档案馆是在1958年工农业全面大跃进的形势带动下建立起来的。两年来,在党的直接领导和上级档案部门的及时指导下,由于贯彻执行了档案工作方针,经过1958年和1959年的连续大跃进,通过收集整理、巩固提高、大搞提供利用三个阶段,档案工作由小到大,由低到高,由被动到主动,档案和资料在各项工作中都起到了应有的作用,基本上适应了工农业全面跃进形势的要求。
