目的:考察纳米碳酸钙在馨月舒胶囊中的应用特性。方法:研究不同用量的纳米碳酸钙或微粉硅胶分别对馨月舒喷雾干燥粉体流动性、松密度、吸湿性、阿魏酸体外溶出度、阿魏酸稳定性的影响。结果:纳米碳酸钙和微粉硅胶均能显著提高馨月舒喷雾干燥粉体的流动性和松密度,对粉体的吸湿性、胶囊中阿魏酸的溶出度和稳定性无明显影响。结论:纳米碳酸钙提高中药喷雾干燥粉体流动性和松密度的作用值得进一步研究。
Objective: To investigate the application characteristics of nanometer calcium carbonate in Xin Yue Shu capsule. Methods: The effects of different dosages of nanometer calcium carbonate or silica gel on the fluidity, bulk density, hygroscopicity, in vitro dissolution rate of ferulic acid and the stability of ferulic acid were studied respectively. Results: Nano calcium carbonate and silica gel can significantly improve the fluidity and bulk density of Xin Yue Shu spray-dried powder, and have no significant effect on the hygroscopicity of the powder and the dissolution and stability of ferulic acid in the capsule. Conclusion: The effect of nano-calcium carbonate on improving the fluidity and bulk density of the spray-dried powder deserves further study.
