拜读了贵刊2004年12期上的《试析汇兑印纸乃 专用邮票》(以下简称《试析》)一文后,对该文所作 的几点“试析”笔者不敢苟同,因为它仅是从表面上 指出了“汇兑印纸”与“邮票”的某些类似之处,而 没有从其本质上将这两者区分开!现将《试析》一文中 所涉及到的有关问题商榷如下: After reading the article entitled “Trying to Design a Special Stamp on Foreign Exchange Printing Paper” (hereinafter referred to as “Trial Analysis”) on your 12th edition in 2004, I disagreed with the author’s “Analysis” It merely points out some of the similarities between “Exchange Printing Paper ” and “Stamp ” without ostensibly separating the two from the surface! The relevant issues involved are as follows:
