257型横臂钻床是苏联五十年代产品,我国仿制产品为Z37型。国内目前已不生产此种型号机床了,但在机械加工工厂内还有不少这种类型的摇臂钻床。我厂的257横臂钻床使用至今已26年,加工效率较高,是我厂关键设备之一。但自1963年以来,一直反映液压变速不顺利:(1)变速慢,(2)主轴变速有某几档开不出。虽经两次大修,但未能彻底根治。1982年利用预测和大修,我们将液压变速系统单独分离出来逐项诊断、调试,终于找出病根,解决了问题。现将排除故障的法介绍如下;
