根据自动控制原理，本研究设计了一套自动测试排种器工作过程中的各种性能指标参数的试验装置，本文报道其中的排种器转速自动检测部分。本设计采用模块化的程序设计方法和ＰＬ／Ｍ高级语言，开发了一套能自动测试排种器在工作过程中排种器转速的软件程序。使用ＭＣＳ－５１系列单片机及传感器组成的硬件测试系统，实现了对排种器的排种轴转速的实时检测和显示。
According to the principle of automatic control, this study designed a set of test device for automatic testing of various performance index parameters during the operation of seed metering device. In this paper, the automatic detection of the speed of seed metering device is reported. This design uses a modular programming method and PL / M high-level language, developed a set of software programs that can automatically test the speed of the seeder during the working process. MCS-51 series of microcontrollers and sensors using the hardware test system to achieve the seed metering device seed shaft speed real-time detection and display.
