和谐社会实质上就是一个政治、经济和文化各领域相互协调、良性运行的社会。而文化是和谐社会的灵魂。正是文化这一渗透在社会整个系统的灵魂,使得制度合法化、结构合理化、行为规范化、社会和谐化。加强马克思实践人道主义的研究、宣传和教育,是优化人文环境、建设和谐社会的一个最有效的途径。要在各级领导人员中树立重视生命、尊重生命的观念;要突出人道主义在整个教育中的地位;要把对生命尊严的重视和张扬具体落实到各个方面。
A harmonious society is essentially a society in which political, economic and cultural fields are coordinated and soundly run. Culture is the soul of a harmonious society. It is the soul of culture that permeates the entire system of society, making the system legal, rationalizing its structure, standardizing its behavior and social harmony. To strengthen Marx’s practice of humanitarian research, propaganda and education is one of the most effective ways to optimize the humanistic environment and build a harmonious society. It is necessary to establish the concept of attaching importance to life and respect for life among the leaders at all levels; to highlight the status of humanitarianism in education as a whole; and to bring the emphasis and publicity on the dignity of life into all aspects.
