鱼是日本主要的养殖品种,年产量约16.2万吨,约占养殖海水鱼总产量的70%。但自1979年以来,鱼产量一直停滞不前,究其原因,存在的问题是:养殖的鱼油腻味太重,影响了市场销路;日本鱼养殖大部份依靠湿性配合饲料和低值鱼类,1988年湿性饲料总消耗量为3.8万吨,沙丁鱼160—180万吨。由于投喂生鱼,导致环境水质恶化,以致发生各种鱼病。
Catfish is Japan’s major cultured species, annual production of about 162,000 tons, accounting for about 70% of the total production of cultured marine fish. However, the output of anchovy fish has been stagnating since 1979. The reason is that the existing problems are: the oily taste of farmed anchovy fish is too heavy, which affects the market; the Japanese anchovy farmed mostly rely on wet compound feed and low value Fish, total consumption of wet feed in 1988 was 38,000 tons, sardines 160,180 tons. Due to feeding raw fish, leading to deterioration of the quality of the environment, resulting in a variety of fish diseases.
