目的 研究 DSC在伺服系统中的应用 .方法 由 DSC组成伺服系统检测中的信号发送装置 ,在调试伺服系统时 ,控制伺服系统的运动 .对组成信号发送部分的几个关键技术问题 :DSC功率选择、调谐电容的作用、供电电源的设计、装置采样频率的选取和减少零位残余电压等进行分析和研究 .结果 利用 DSC组成的发送装置调试伺服系统 ,有效地完成了控制伺服系统运动的要求 .结论 DSC组成的发送装置和信号采集装置相结合可以完成伺服系统的自动检测
Aim To study the application of DSC in the servo system.Methods The signal transmission device in the servo system detection is composed by DSC and controls the movement of the servo system when debugging the servo system.Several key technical problems in the transmission part of the composition signal are as follows: DSC power selection , The function of tuning capacitor, the design of power supply, the selection of device sampling frequency and the reduction of the residual voltage of zero were analyzed and studied.Results The servo system was debugged by using the transmitting device composed of DSC, which effectively fulfilled the requirements of controlling the movement of servo system. Conclusion The combination of the DSC transmitting device and the signal acquisition device can automatically detect the servo system
