目的了解国内医疗机构使用中的消毒药械管理状况,为规范消毒产品管理提供依据。方法通过随机抽样方法,对国内部分省市医疗机构使用的消毒剂和消毒器械管理状况进行调查与分析。结果从6个省的36家医疗机构使用的消毒剂和消毒器械中,抽检化学消毒剂148份,消毒器械91台(件)。化学消毒剂综合指标平均合格率为75.7%,有效成分含量合格率为91.7%,消毒器械综合指标平均合格率为60.4%。结论本次抽检的国内医疗机构使用中的消毒产品综合指标合格率偏低,提示在取消传统消毒产品评审注册之后,应当加强市场监管。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection equipment used in medical institutions in China and provide basis for regulating disinfection products. Methods Random sampling method was used to investigate and analyze the management of disinfectant and disinfection equipment used by medical institutions in some provinces and cities in China. Results From disinfectant and disinfection equipment used by 36 medical institutions in 6 provinces, 148 chemical disinfectants and 91 disinfection instruments were tested. The average pass rate of chemical disinfectant comprehensive index was 75.7%, the pass rate of active ingredient content was 91.7% and the average pass rate of comprehensive index of disinfection equipment was 60.4%. Conclusion The passing rate of the comprehensive index of disinfection products used by domestic medical institutions in this sampling is low, suggesting that the market supervision should be strengthened after canceling the registration of traditional disinfection products.
