用原子吸收光谱分析了失效构件的化学成分 ,用 X射线衍射技术分析了腐蚀产物的相成分 ,用 SEM和金相显微镜分析了失效构件的断口形貌。分析结果表明 ,不锈钢换热器失效的原因是由氯离子引起的应力腐蚀开裂所致
The chemical composition of the failure component was analyzed by atomic absorption spectroscopy. The phase composition of the corrosion product was analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The fracture morphology of the failure component was analyzed by SEM and metallographic microscope. The results show that the failure of the stainless steel heat exchanger is caused by stress corrosion cracking caused by chloride ions
