本文运用高效薄层层析(HPTLC)技术,对脱髓鞘变异小鼠Shi~(mld)正常小鼠小脑组织进行神经节苷脂谱的微量分析。提出髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)不足是产生脱髓鞘病理现象的原因之一,但是Shi~(mld)小鼠小脑形态观察说明:其髓鞘大部分呈疏松包卷,部分髓鞘还确存在主密线(MDL)。我们的实验结果表明:神经节苷脂G~(Tla)含量在Shi~(mld~和正常小鼠小脑中具有相对恒定的成分;而Shi~(mld)小鼠小脑内G(M1)含量比正常小鼠小脑含量减少五分之一。
In this paper, high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) technology was used to perform microanalysis of ganglioside profiles in the cerebellum of normal mouse demyelinating Shi(mld) mice. The lack of MBP is one of the causes of the pathogenesis of demyelination, but the observation of the cerebellar morphology of Shi~(mld) mice shows that most of the myelin sheaths are loosely wrapped, and some of the myelin sheaths are positive. There is a primary secret line (MDL). Our experimental results showed that the content of ganglioside G~(Tla) was relatively constant in Shi~(mld~ and normal mouse cerebellum), and that in Shi~(mld) mice was lower than that of C(M1) in cerebellum. Normal mice have a one-fifth reduction in cerebellum.
