随着信息产业的兴起和发达,移动用户越来越多。手机的质量问题、服务状况已经成为消费者密切关注的热点话题。中国消费者协会作为一家权威维权机构,对全国的手机使用情况和质量问题的投诉情况进行了统计。今年上半年,消费者对移动电话的投诉达到11966件,占总投诉量的3.9%。
With the rise and development of the information industry, there are more and more mobile users. The quality problems and service conditions of mobile phones have become a hot topic that consumers pay close attention to. As an authoritative human rights protection agency, the China Consumer Association has conducted statistics on complaints about the use of mobile phones and quality issues throughout the country. In the first half of this year, consumers had 11966 complaints about mobile phones, which accounted for 3.9% of the total complaints.
