中国市场学会与上海交大管理学院,从去年秋冬开始在上海举办高级销售工作师研修班,首期有近百位企业主管参加学习。研修班除安排高水平教授讲课以外,还经常聘请著名专家和有成就的企业家就当前我国企业营销与发展中的有关问题作专题演讲。为使本刊读者能欣赏到这些演讲的精彩内容,我们将陆续予以转载。由于篇幅所限,转载时内容略有删节。 2001年我们经历了几件大事,特别是我国加入了WTO以后,很多人以为我们可以平步青云进入大发展的康庄大道。但实际上不难发现有很多国家加入WTO以后就碰到了很多的麻烦,最典型的是菲律宾。菲律宾在加入WTO以前是亚洲很富有的国家,进入WTO以后每况愈下,现在沦落为亚洲中下游的国家。所以WTO给中国带来的不光是机遇,更多的是挑战。在这样的情况下中国企业做些什么?我认为中国企业目前面临五大修炼。

In addition to arranging high-level teaching lectures, the seminars have often employed famous experts and accomplished entrepreneurs to make speeches on relevant issues in the current marketing and development of Chinese enterprises. In 2001, we went through several major events. Especially after our country joined the WTO, many people think that we can step into a road of broad development with all-embracing development. However, in fact it is not difficult to find that many countries have encountered a lot of troubles after joining the WTO. The most typical one is the Philippines. Before the accession to the WTO, the Philippines was a very rich country in Asia. After entering the WTO, the Philippines is deteriorating. Now it is reduced to a country in the middle and lower reaches of Asia. Therefore, the WTO not only brings opportunities to China, but more challenges. What do Chinese enterprises do under such circumstances? I think Chinese enterprises currently face five major practices.
