为了明确不同化控调节剂对杂交大豆产量及其相关性状的影响,以杂交大豆2号品种为试验材料,分别选用7种化控调节剂,在初花期进行喷施,分析不同调节剂对杂交大豆生理和农艺性状的调控效果。结果表明,矮壮素、多效唑、烯效唑、玉米矮吨及玉黄金均使杂交大豆产量显著增加,增产幅度达5.2%~11.3%;其中,多效唑和烯效唑增产效果最好,其次为矮壮素、玉米矮吨、玉黄金,而缩节胺和乙烯利增产不显著。施用增产的调节剂可显著增加杂交大豆叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率,降低叶面积指数,显著降低株高,增加茎粗、分枝数、单株荚重、单株粒重,但对节数和百粒重影响不显著。本研究结果表明,通过叶面喷施矮壮素、多效唑、烯效唑、玉米矮吨、玉黄金等化控调节剂,可以提高杂交大豆叶片生理机能,均衡冠层发育,优化株型,进一步提高产量。
