上世纪90年代以来,国有粮食企业在粮食流通市场化进程中脱胎换骨,湖南成功打造了中国粮食第一股——金健米业。随着粮食流通市场化的深入,中央再次强调,进一步深化国有粮食企业改革,加快企业产权制度改革,打破区域限制,实行兼并重组,推进国有粮食购销企业战略性重组。
Since the 1990s, state-owned grain enterprises have been thoroughly reborn in the marketization of grain circulation. Hunan succeeded in building Jinjian Rice, the first Chinese grain sector. With the deepening of market-oriented grain distribution, the Central Government once again stressed the need to further deepen the reform of the state-owned grain enterprises, speed up the reform of the enterprise property rights system, break the regional restrictions, carry out mergers and acquisitions, and promote the strategic restructuring of state-owned grain purchase and marketing enterprises.
