管道停输时,因地形起伏等因素管内难免存在压力,从而影响管道的启动特性。基于胶凝原油环道试验,采用3种加压方式探究不同停输压力对胶凝原油管道再启动特性的影响规律:1管道首段瞬时加压后密闭管道并恒温静置;2管道恒温静置过程中,在管道首段持续施加不同恒定压力;3管道首段持续加压特定时间后,密闭管道并恒温静置。分别开展管道再启动实验,计算管道启动屈服应力。分析表明:瞬时加压时,管道启动屈服应力随着加压压力的增加而增大;持续加压时,管道启动屈服应力随加压压力的增加而先增大后减小;加压时间对屈服应力也有一定影响。研究结果可为保障原油管道安全、高效运行提供技术支持。
Pipeline shutdown, due to factors such as undulating terrain inevitably there is pressure in the pipe, thus affecting the starting characteristics of the pipeline. Based on the gelatinized crude oil loop test, the effect of different shut-down pressures on the re-start characteristics of gelatinized crude oil pipeline was investigated by three kinds of pressurization methods: 1, the first paragraph of the pipeline was closed and kept at a constant temperature after transient pressurization; Set the process, the first paragraph of the pipeline continued to exert a different constant pressure; 3 continuous pressurization of the first paragraph of the pipeline for a specific period of time, confined pipe and kept at a constant temperature. Conduct pipeline re-start experiment, calculate the pipe start yield stress. The analysis shows that when instantaneous pressure is applied, the yield stress of pipeline start-up increases with the increase of pressurization pressure. At the time of continuous pressurization, the yield stress of pipeline starts first increases and then decreases with the increase of pressurization pressure. Yield stress also has a certain impact. The results of the study can provide technical support for the safe and efficient operation of crude oil pipelines.
