学生角色冲突就是指学生因不能满足社会对其角色的多重期望而造成的内心和情感的矛盾与冲突,这种角色冲突反映在学习过程中就是学业倦怠,具体而言,包括情绪失落、行为不当、自我效能感大大降低。究其原因,主要是:传统社会和现代社会的变迁引发学生角色冲突;不同社会群体对学生的不同角色期待导致冲突;社会转型期“教师中心”和“学生中心”教学理念的变化引起冲突。为了有效缓解学生角色冲突,学生要努力增强角色适应能力,教师要帮助减轻学生的学业倦怠,社会要为学生创造宽松的环境。

Teachers should help alleviate students’ academic burnout and create a relaxed environment for students.
