2011年上半年,南宁市在大力发展特色农业,加强农田水利建设的同时,全力以赴打好工业经济振兴、五象新区开发、产业园区建设、交通设施完善、打造“中国水城”五场攻坚战,全市经济快速发展。农业结构调整加快,优势产业集群兴起;振兴工业经济步伐加快,轻重工业发展均衡,企业效益全面提高;第三产业加快质量提升,消费市场保持活跃;财政收入完成全年计划的53.17%,超过2008年全年总量。全市经济呈现总量增长,财政增收,投资增速的良好局面。
In the first half of 2011, while vigorously developing characteristic agriculture and strengthening farmland and water conservancy construction, Nanning made every effort to lay a solid foundation for the revitalization of the industrial economy, the development of Wu Xiang New District, the construction of industrial parks and the improvement of transportation facilities to create “China Watertown” Field battle tough battle, the city’s rapid economic development. Accelerating the pace of industrial economy, balancing the development of light and heavy industries and improving the overall efficiency of enterprises; accelerating the quality of the tertiary industry and maintaining the active consumer market; fiscal revenue completed 53.17% of the annual plan and exceeded 2008 Annual total.
