目的分析蜡样芽胞杆菌致人食物中毒的原因及预防方法。方法对发生食物中毒现场的可疑食品采样化验,并进行中毒人群的流行病学调查。结果所有发病人员均有在同一食堂就餐的病史,查封该食堂后无续发病人。结论个别学校食堂存在管理不完善,是引起食物中毒的隐患,急需加强对该类食堂的卫生监督管理。
Objective To analyze the cause and prevention of human food poisoning caused by Bacillus cereus. Methods Samples of suspicious food in the scene of food poisoning were sampled and epidemiologically investigated. Results All the patients had a history of eating in the same canteen. After the closure of the canteen, there was no recurrence of patients. Conclusion The imperfect management of individual school canteens is a hidden danger caused by food poisoning. It is urgently necessary to strengthen the supervision and management of such canteens.
