芪丹通脉片对急性心肌梗死兔脑钠肽和心室重构的影响

目的观察芪丹通脉片对结扎冠状动脉所致兔心肌梗死(AMI)后血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的变化,探讨其与心室重构的关系。方法健康兔36只,随机分成正常组(生理盐水灌胃),假手术组(生理盐水灌胃,穿线但不结扎),AMI组(生理盐水灌胃,结扎冠状动脉左旋支的左室支致AMI),对照组(盐酸地尔硫卓艹灌胃14d后造模),大、小剂量组(不同剂量芪丹通脉片灌胃14d后造模)。观察芪丹通脉片对AMI的预防作用以及对BNP和心室重构的影响。结果①大、小剂量组心率加快,左心室内收缩压、左心室压力微分最大值明显增高,与AMI组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);②AMI后BNP含量升高,用芪丹通脉片后BNP明显降低,大、小剂量组与AMI组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);③血液流变学检测可见芪丹通脉片能明显降低AMI兔全血黏度,提高红细胞变形能力,减少红细胞聚集;④芪丹通脉片各组心肌梗死程度与AMI组比较,病变程度显著减轻。结论芪丹通脉片对兔结扎冠状动脉所致AMI损伤具有明显的保护作用,可降低心肌梗死后BNP的含量,减少心室重构的发生从而改善心功能。 Objective To observe the changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) after myocardial infarction (AMI) in rabbits induced by ligation of Qidantongmai tablet and investigate its relationship with ventricular remodeling. Methods Thirty-six healthy rabbits were randomly divided into normal group (normal saline gavage), sham operation group (normal saline was intragastrically administered, threading but no ligation), and AMI group (normal saline was intragastrically administered and left ventricular branch of left coronary artery was ligated. AMI), control group (diltiazem hydrochloride intragastrically 14 days after intragastric administration), large and small dose groups (different doses of Qidantongmai Tablets were intragastrically administered 14 days after modeling). Observe the preventive effect of Qidan Tongmai Tablets on AMI and its influence on BNP and ventricular remodeling. Results 1 The heart rate was increased in the large and small dose groups, the left ventricular systolic pressure and the maximum value of the left ventricular pressure differential were significantly increased, and there was a statistically significant difference compared with the AMI group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); 2 The BNP level increased after AMI After the use of Qidan Tongmai Tablets, BNP was significantly decreased, and there was a significant difference between the large and small dose groups and the AMI group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); 3 Hemorheological examination showed that the Qidan Tongmai Tablets can obviously Reduce the blood viscosity of AMI rabbits, improve red blood cell deformability, reduce red blood cell aggregation; 4 Qi Dan Tong Mai tablets in each group myocardial infarction degree compared with AMI group, the degree of lesions significantly reduced. Conclusion Qidan Tongmai tablet has obvious protective effect on AMI injury induced by ligation of coronary arteries in rabbits. It can reduce the content of BNP after myocardial infarction, reduce the occurrence of ventricular remodeling and improve cardiac function.
