目的 探讨不同类型神经保护剂联合应用 ,即鸡尾酒疗法 (cocktail)是否较单一神经保护剂对局灶性脑缺血有更好的保护作用。方法 采用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型 (MCAO) ,分为 1,6 二磷酸果糖 (FDP)组、MK 80 1组、N 乙酰半胱氨酸 (NAC)组、cocktail组和对照组 ,观察缺血后6h和 2 4h梗死体积、神经元凋亡和抗凋亡蛋白bcl 2表达的变化。结果 缺血后 6h和 2 4h ,cocktail组梗死体积减小 ,神经元凋亡减少 ,bcl 2表达增多 ,与单一用药各组相比有显著性差异。结论 神经保护剂cocktail疗法对鼠脑组织缺血的保护作用较单一用药明显增强。
Objective To explore whether different types of neuroprotective agents can be used in combination to protect cockroaches from focal cerebral ischemia. Methods The middle cerebral artery occlusion model (MCAO) was established by thread occlusion. The rats were divided into two groups: FDP group, MK 80 1 group, N acetylcysteine group, cocktail group and control group The changes of infarct volume, neuronal apoptosis and the expression of anti-apoptotic protein bcl 2 at 6 and 24 h after ischemia were observed. Results At 6 and 24 h after ischemia, the volume of infarction in cocktail group decreased, the number of apoptotic neurons decreased and the expression of bcl2 increased. There was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The neuroprotective agent cocktail therapy significantly protects the ischemia-reperfusion injury of rat brain tissue compared with single administration.
