通过广西百色水利枢纽过船设施工程可行性研究项目管理的事例,阐述加强沟通与协调有效推进项目经理负责制,有利于促进项目团队的建设,有利于贯彻落实设计策划、计划进度控制和设计质量控制,是实现项目经理负责制各项管理目标的重要手段,同时提出加强沟通与协调管理的主要措施。
