管理是一个不断循环的过程,根据管理是一个过程的理论,世界著名质量管理专家戴明博士在20世纪50年代就基于全面质量管理理论提出了PDCA循环方法,简称“戴明环”。JCIA(国际医疗机构认证联合委员会医院管理标准)已将PDCA循环推荐位医院质量改进方案。PDCA是英语单词Plan(计划)、Do(执行)、Check(检查)和Action(处理)的首字母,PDCA循环就是按照这样的顺序进行质量管理,并且循环不止地进行下去的科学程序。有人称其为质量管理的基本方法,也是有效进行任何一项工作合乎逻辑的工作程序。本文就是探索PDCA循环法在基层社区服务中心实施基本公共卫生服务工作的运用。
Management is a continuous process. According to the theory that management is a process, Dr. Deming, the world-renowned quality management expert, put forward a PDCA circulation method based on total quality management theory in the 1950s, referred to as “Deming Ring”. JCIA (International Federation of Medical Institutional Accreditation Standards) has recommended the PDCA cycle for hospital quality improvement programs. The PDCA is the first letter of the English words Plan, Do, Check, and Action. The PDCA cycle is a scientific process that is quality-managed in this order and goes on and on more than once. Some people call it the basic method of quality management, but also a logical work process for any effective work. This article is to explore the application of PDCA cycle method in implementing basic public health services in grass-roots community service centers.
