国务院在2014年10月印发的《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》(下文简称“46号文件”)和2016年6月印发的《全民健身计划(2016-2020年)》中相继提到了发展户外休闲运动、举办群众性赛事活动的相关条例,在此背景之下研究群众性户外运动赛事运营管理具有切实的现实意义。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法从群众性户外运动赛事运营管理的文化理念以及发展群众性户外运动赛事的意义入手,根据现阶段我国群众性户外运动赛事运营管理现状,有针对性地在赛事宣传、商业运作、创造参赛条件、政府定位、人才培养、赛事风险管理以及赛事评估方面提出了参考性建议,旨在能为今后开展群众性户外运动赛事的运营管理提供经验借鉴。
The State Council issued the “Opinions on Accelerating Sports Industry Development and Sports Consumption” issued by the State Council in October 2014 (hereinafter referred to as Document 46) and the National Fitness Program (2016-2020) issued in June 2016 China has successively mentioned the relevant regulations on the development of outdoor leisure activities and the holding of mass events and the realistic and practical significance of studying the management of mass outdoor sports events under this background. According to the cultural concept of mass outdoor sports event operation and management and the significance of developing mass outdoor sports event, this paper starts with the method of documentation and expert interviews. According to the current status of mass outdoor sports event operation and management in our country, , Commercial operation, creating entry conditions, government orientation, personnel training, event risk management and event evaluation. It is intended to provide reference for the operation and management of mass outdoor sports events in the future.
