目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐市某现代化火力发电厂的噪声危害情况,以期早期发现职工的听力损伤,及时采取防护措施,预防职业病的发生,保护劳动者的健康。方法对乌鲁木齐市某火力发电厂接触噪声的劳动者,开展工作场所现场调查和劳动者职业健康检查。结果某火力发电厂职工的体检结果显示,腹部B超异常率48.6%,心电图异常率35.9%,血常规异常率24.4%,尿常规异常率22.6%,血压异常率13.7%,血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶异常率6.4%,纯音听阈测试异常率3.6%。结论 3~10年工龄的职业接触者听力损伤检出率与职业接触10年以上无显著差别;火电厂接触噪声的不同工种听力损伤检出率无显著差别。
Objective To understand the noise hazard of a modern coal-fired power plant in Urumqi, Xinjiang, in order to find out the hearing impairment of workers and staff and take protective measures in time to prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases and protect the health of laborers. Methods Labors exposed to noise in a coal-fired power plant in Urumqi carried out on-site investigation in the workplace and workers’ occupational health examination. Results The results of physical examinations showed that 48.6% of abdomen anomalies, abnormal ECG rate of 35.9%, abnormal blood rate of 24.4%, abnormal urine rate of 22.6%, abnormal blood pressure of 13.7%, serum alanine amino The abnormality rate of transferase was 6.4%, and the abnormality rate of pure tone hearing threshold was 3.6%. Conclusion There is no significant difference between the occupational exposure and the occupational exposure for more than 10 years in the workers of 3 to 10 years of service life. There is no significant difference in hearing loss among different occupations exposed to thermal power plant.
